Anxiety is a serious problem, and it is great to know how to feel relief fast. I personally take a deep breath and count to ten. It works for me. My doctor prescribed me pills, but I felt sleepy after taking them (having checked the info on Canadian Pharmacy, I found out that it could be a possible side effect). So, I stopped using them and prefer trying only natural ways. Thanks for sharing these tips, I'll check them out.
