The COVID-19 pandemic has played a major role in reshaping our lives in unprecedented ways, forcing us to live together with some people and further apart from others. Lockdown has necessitated constant close and constant contact with our families and partners, but social distancing measures have isolated us from our friends and have brought a major change in our personal lives.

The high-pressure environment of confinement combined with the financial stress brought about by a COVID-19 burdened economy has led to a rise in marital conflict.

For couple’s therapy or anxiety treatment West Palm Beach, consider the name of Vanessa Gray. Vanessa Gray is an expert counselor and couple’s therapist, helping people to deal during these unprecedented times.

I believe it depends on the people to strengthen or weaken relationships. Some people will take this self-quarantine to be more productive in their lives, strengthening their relationships. But some people will only self-quarantine to isolate themselves entirely, which takes its turn for the worse.

I'm an extrovert and my husband is an introvert and we've had to celebrate 3 birthdays at home! (Mine, my son's and his) and I can tell you, he has never been so happy to celebrate a birthday! Every day is home-cooked meal day, every outing is to buy food and come straight back, buy through the drive-thru McDonald's or Popeye's. Playing with the kids indoors and just enjoying each other's company.
