Hiring a higher education, or university consultant, is a choice that many high school juniors and seniors and their families will have to consider. A university consultant will help you determine and execute the steps needed to get you closer to being accepted by your choice schools. There are a few things that you can expect to occur when you hire a university consultant. It is up to you to determine which services you need to maximize your chances of getting into your dream school, and then find a consultant that meets those needs.

Most importantly, they are going to work with you and your parents to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses to devise a plan that allows you to achieve your academic goals. Within this capacity, a university consultant can assist with determining which schools are the best options, administering exams, providing guidance, advising in the admissions process, and advising on financial aid. In addition to helping you, university consultants also work with universities to help identify potential admissions process problems and solutions.

I think it depends on where you go... Are you looking for online learning or face to face learning? I have been learning online with the College of Contract Management and I think that their methods of teaching are amazing. I was always a bit concerned about learning online as I didnt just want to feel like I was watching youtube videos. Sometimes things need a little extra clarity so the fact their lecturers are all delivered face to face is a bonus.. But I found the lecturers really helpful, they respected me and my desire for progression and treated me with a reflection of that respect. I think it can be very different to learning at school, and i enjoyed that difference. They understand that we are there because we choose to be there, we want to learn. The trust and respect is mutual, but they were also very understanding of the fact we had adult lives to lead. Some of us have children, others have pets, ALL of us have housework, so it was nice to see that that was considered.
