Can we wrap MIFI in transparent plastic to prevent from dust?

Will it affect mifi device or cause affected heating or affect signals or 3g 4g signals?

You can apply cold lamination as the hot lamination or thermal lamination will definitely affect the device as well as signal.
Select a very thin cold lamination film (Plastic Packing Roll) and apply carefully. You can do on your own or you can look for a local shop, where it can be done.
