The job market is incredibly competitive, especially if you don’t have much experience. When you apply for a job online, see if it tells you how many applicants there are for that specific role. It’s likely that there will be hundreds, meaning that your chances of being the best candidate are less than 1%. Those are not good odds. The only way to increase your prospects is to apply to as many jobs as you can.

Find a local HR firm to help out. I’m from the East of England and I’m a member of several recruitment agencies Norwich. No matter how much you try, sometimes it's hard to find a job. Here's one reason why: you're trying to find a job in this lousy economy. And, unemployment is at an ungodly high of 8.6%. Now, you're thinking... suuuure... my unemployment is only 40%, but it doesn't mean people want to hire me. If you can't get that offer letter or get called up for an interview, here's some advice. You need to treat your unemployment as a bad case of halitosis (bad breath)
