The main reason for failure of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation is the poor user adoption. User adoption tracks and measures that whether the employees are using the features of the new system to its full potential or are still working as they use to work on pre-app ways.

The reasons for which many companies struggle with their employees to adopt Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation are:

1. Requires steep learning

Microsoft dynamics 365 implementation requires steep learning as the app has a confusing interface and has heavy jargon.

2. Integration with Microsoft Apps

Microsoft dynamics 365 works best when it is integrated with other Microsoft products. So, employees having good hands on Microsoft products can use this well.

3. Product Updates

Microsoft provides updates to its user in short span of six months. In every update, key features and sections are renamed. This makes it difficult for the employees to be familiar with the new update.

4. Lack of implementation support

Microsoft provides only written and video training sources for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. It does not provides any live demos. For this point, the Business requires a good Microsoft dynamics 365 implementation partner.

To achieve a good user adoption each and every employee in the organization should be provided with proper training.
