These days, people are working longer than ever. People feel they need to work 60, 70, 80, even 100 hours a week. The cost of living is going up but wages aren’t matching this increase. Therefore, you either work more hours or deal with the stress and anxiety of not being able to afford your living costs. In an ideal world, I’d say simply work less. However, I understand that this isn’t possible for most people.

My top tip would be to find time for stress-relieving activities. Take a spa break every couple of months to bring your cortisol levels down to a healthy level.
