Why Good:

  • Helped me make a couple of amazing friends and thousands of loyal followers
  • Got me unlimited business (and still on)
  • Enabled me to help many people
  • Several learnings and life lessons every day

Why Bad:

  • Addictions, losing time on family time
  • Lack of sleep and focus
  • Lack of work productivity
  • More inclined to attention and social likeability
  • Dependent on social validation
  • Selfie mania
