Do people visit that part of the website? And if we were to include one, what’s the best tone to use when creating the questions and their corresponding answers?

If you’re selling products, an FAQ page will come in handy in addressing people’s concerns about the product that may not have been included in the individual product descriptions. The FAQ page can also be where you answer people’s most commonly asked questions on shipping, rates, delivery, among others.

An FAQ page is also helpful if your business provides services. Clients can know if the services you offer are the right ones for them through the FAQ page.

So, it seems like an FAQ page is an essential part of a business website. Now what? How do you get started? One approach is to analyse what clients frequently email or call you carefully. Once you have a list of questions, you can reword or express them from a client’s perspective (e.g., “How should I..”). And for the answer, your tone can be from a business owner’s perspective. Finally, answer the question in a professional yet friendly manner.

You can also take your FAQ section up another notch by incorporating video and animation techniques. Click here to see some of Vmation’s corporate video production and animation projects, such as digital FAQs, product demonstrations, and more.
