They have a section on "benefits of hiring people with disability" on the employer section of their website, which lists a lot of interesting stats.
One of them is reliability. According to that page, 90% of employees with disabilities are just as or more productive than other workers. 86% of employees with disabilities also are just as or more likely to show up to work, showing a higher rate of attendance on average.
One of the major advantages of hiring people with disabilities is bringing different perspectives into the company. This is one of the advantages of all types of inclusivity — different people have different perspectives on things. And those unique perspectives can be an excellent tool when the team is trying to problem solve.
