First, you must decide on a business name. Make sure it’s not taken yet and is the best representation of what your brand is about. Try to think of a name that is short but impactful.

Next, register your company information. A minimum requirement is to have at least one director and one shareholder. The director and shareholder can be the same person, and it could be you. You should also register a UK office address but take note that all this information will be made public, so be sure not to use your home address.

Finally, allocate your company shares and complete the Memorandum and Articles of Association. These documents should be signed by the director, shareholders, and secretary. After completing everything, you can submit your registration application to Companies House.

As you can see, it’s a step-by-step process. If this is something that you don’t want to spend your time learning and navigating, you can always hire professionals who handle company registrations. Click here for more info.
