There are big companies like ABBYY and ReaderIRIS who provide OCR software but I don't know if they have Hindi OCR.
As the English OCR still does not work perfectly, it is a challenge for software developers to build an OCR for any other language like Hindi.
Although there are some small companies who are providing Hindi OCR service offline & online, I have mentioned some of the examples here that you can try.
