so basically long story shot.... me and my ex gf broken up over night after 7 year relationship. for the reasons of me falling into a rut where i was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. and i wasnt showing enough spark over the last year. not because she was the rpoblem but brcaise i was the problem where i was so sick and unwell but did not show it. i left the problem rise and i was so blinded by the clues my gf was giving off. now she tells me its to kate we are over she dont have the same feelings for me. but we had amazing 7 years it couldnt of been fluke. some say to win her back try the no contact rule.... but the problem is i live with her for now. anyone with good advice please feel free. thank you
