Tea and coffee are the good sources of caffeine which can boost your energy level and can be a stress buster. But drinking too much tea or coffee could be bad for your overall health. It would be great if you reduce or cut the sugar. I would also suggest trying green tea.

Nowadays, people are turning to green tea which has flavonoid and is a good energy booster. But you can not use tea as a medicine. You can google for some Ayurveda medicines as an alternative and it will be a healthy choice and would give long term benefits.

Well, I'm not sure that tea is the best stress reliever, though it is a natural way to solve the problem, so I think it is worth trying. When I experienced stress due to my job, a doctor prescribed me antidepressants. But having checked the info about them on Canada Drugs, I decided to look for alternative ways. I started doing sports, changed my daily routine and nutrition. It took me time to see the result, but I don't take medications.
