Honestly, I know I'm not the brightest bulb on the planet, but this is ridiculous. I fork out the $$ for 2 of these, neither one cooperate. I have watched 4 hours of video of people have "NO PROBLEMS" yet I'm a friggin idiot. I had to learn all kinds of stuff to get into crypto, all I wanna do is keep my shit safe! I open this app, it instructs me to plugin the device, I do so and nothing ever happens. All I have accomplished tonight (In 5 hours) was I wrote down the seed and made a password. That's it, can't proceed, read 10 different problem,s with the NANO but nothing leads me in the right direction; I hate this shit!!
