Ericka Bolt brings more than 25 years of educational expertise to her role as a certified Pre-K–6 teacher and school/district leader in New York. With degrees in Elementary Education, Literacy, and School Leadership, she has taught and led in Poland, China, NYC public schools, and charter schools. From classroom instruction to district leadership, Ericka’s focus is on creating supportive, high-achieving environments where children, educators, and communities thrive together through shared goals and continuous development.
