I am Manish Chauhan, an entrepreneur, educator, and mentor with a vision to transform how people learn, grow, and succeed in the modern digital world. My journey has been about more than building companies—it has been about building people, empowering them with knowledge, skills, and the confidence to create meaningful change in their personal and professional lives.
Born on February 5, 1983, in India, my early years were shaped by curiosity and a hunger to understand how things work—whether in technology, education, or human development. I have always believed that education is not just about degrees or certificates; it is about practical knowledge, the ability to solve problems, and the mindset to keep learning. This philosophy became the foundation of everything I do today.
The Beginning of My Journey
Like many entrepreneurs, my career started with struggles, experiments, and a strong desire to build something that matters. I did not come from a background of privilege or unlimited resources. Instead, I relied on self-education, constant learning, and real-world experiences.
During the early years, I observed that most students and young professionals lacked practical skills. They were educated, but not job-ready. They had degrees, but not the confidence to face the industry. This gap between education and employability deeply troubled me. I realized that someone had to bridge this gap—and that someone could be me.
The Birth of DigiPIMS
In 2016, I founded DigiPIMS (Professional Institute of Marketing & Strategy). My goal was simple yet ambitious: to create one of India’s most practical and career-focused digital marketing institutes.
DigiPIMS was not just another training center. It was built with the vision of combining real-world projects, live mentorship, and hands-on training. I wanted every student to walk out of DigiPIMS not only with knowledge but also with practical skills they could immediately use in jobs, freelancing, or entrepreneurship.
Over time, DigiPIMS trained more than 11,000 students across 210+ batches. Learners came from diverse backgrounds—students, working professionals, small business owners, and corporate employees. We taught them SEO, PPC, YouTube Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and 30+ advanced modules. Many of them went on to secure high-paying jobs, start their own businesses, or become successful freelancers.
One of the proudest aspects of DigiPIMS was that it became more than an institute. It became a community of learners, mentors, and achievers. Together, we proved that education, when made practical and accessible, can change lives.
The Vision Expands: SkillWint
The success of DigiPIMS gave me the confidence to think bigger. By 2020, it was clear that the world was rapidly moving toward technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing. While DigiPIMS was strong in digital marketing, I wanted to create a platform that could prepare learners for the entire spectrum of digital-age skills.
That is when SkillWint was born.
SkillWint is a global learning and career development platform, designed to prepare students, professionals, and organizations for the future of work. While DigiPIMS focused on digital marketing, SkillWint expanded into Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Prompt Engineering, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Mulesoft, and more.
What makes SkillWint special is its global presence. Headquartered in India, SkillWint has expanded across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah), USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, creating an international education ecosystem. We provide flexible learning formats - online, offline, hybrid, and corporate training - so that every learner or organization can choose what fits them best.
My Mission as an Educator and Mentor
For me, education is personal. I do not see learners as customers; I see them as partners in growth. My mission has always been to make education practical, affordable, and globally relevant.
I want to empower learners with not only knowledge but also confidence, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. The world is changing faster than ever before. Jobs are being replaced by automation, and new opportunities are emerging daily. In this environment, those who learn continuously and adapt quickly will succeed. My role is to guide people through this transformation.
I also work closely with corporates, startups, and enterprises, helping them design training programs, scale their digital presence, and adopt modern technologies. From small businesses to global companies, I have mentored leaders and teams to embrace innovation and digital strategies.
