Here are the documents needed to be submitted along with the FSSAI online application.

For basic FSSAI registration an identity proof that contains a photograph and a passport sized photograph is needed

For State & central license, an address proof along with import/export code, a passport sized photograph, list of directors or partners, certificate of incorporation, MoA and AoA of the business and an identity proof that contains a photograph with No Objection Certificate from the local municipality is needed.

For manufacturing units, along with the above-listed documents, a blueprint of warehouse, plant, etc., list of all machinery and report of a water test along with list of all food categories are needed.

The following documents are required for FSSAI basic registration, FSSAI State License, and FSSAI Central License:

Operators of food establishments must also provide photo identification.

Business constitution certificates, such as a partnership agreement, certificate of incorporation, shop and establishment licence, or other business registration certificate.

Proof of business premises possession, such as a rental agreement, a letter of authorization from the landlord, utility bills, and so on.

Make preparations for a food safety management system.

A list of food products or items manufactured or processed.

Details about your bank account.

Documentation supporting the application (if required), such as a Municipality or Panchayat NOC, a Health NOC, a copy of the manufacturer's licence, and so on.
