Why would you need a degree to pursue real estate investing? You can find weekend seminars that will teach you everything you need to know without wasting your time on a college degree. The only reason I see to get a degree in anything is if you plan on working for corporate. Otherwise, find a couple of weekend seminars. You'll learn more from those than any college will teach you.
